شركة Noventiq GCC تبحث عن Senior Solutions Architect - Data & AI للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتطلب الدور قيادة العملاء بشكل مستقل، صياغة الحلول المعقدة، وإدارة دورة حياة الحلول بالكامل من الاستكشاف إلى العروض، مع تخصص في منصات البيانات الحديثة والتحليلات وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي على Azure. إجادة اللغة العربية إلزامية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كمهندس حلول أساسي في نقاشات العملاء، وإدارة المحادثات من البداية إلى النهاية بشكل مستقل.
- قيادة ورش عمل على مستوى الإدارة التنفيذية وفنية، وترجمة تحديات الأعمال إلى حلول قابلة للتطوير في مجال البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- قيادة استكشاف الحلول، تحديد البنية، وإنشاء العروض بشكل مستقل.
- بناء علاقات استشارية موثوقة مع أصحاب المصلحة من العملاء، خاصة في المناطق الناطقة بالعربية.
- تصميم وبناء حلول مؤسسية شاملة تشمل: منصات البيانات الحديثة (مستودعات البيانات، بحيرة البيانات، التحليلات الفورية)، حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي (التحليلات التنبؤية، معالجة اللغة الطبيعية، GenAI، المساعدات الذكية)، وبنى التطبيقات (الخدمات المصغرة، واجهات API، الأنظمة المدفوعة بالأحداث).
- دمج منصات البيانات مع تطبيقات المؤسسات (CRM، ERP، تطبيقات مخصصة).
- تحديد استراتيجيات البيانات، استراتيجيات API، ونماذج تكامل التطبيقات.
- ضمان أن الحلول قابلة للتوسع، آمنة، عالية الأداء، ومحسنة من حيث التكلفة.
- قيادة الجانب الفني من المناقصات والعروض والردود على طلبات العروض.
- تطوير مواد حلول عالية الجودة: رسومات معمارية، نماذج تكلفة وتحسين التكلفة الإجمالية للملكية، خرائط طريق للتنفيذ، وقيمة مقترحة متماشية مع نتائج الأعمال.
- المشاركة في عروض الحلول، وإثباتات المفهوم، والتحقق من التصاميم.
- ترجمة أهداف أعمال العملاء إلى نتائج قابلة للقياس في مجال البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- تحديد فرص تحديث البيانات، اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي، والابتكار، بالإضافة إلى زيادة المبيعات/البيع المشترك داخل الحسابات الحالية.
- موازنة التميز الفني مع الجدوى التجارية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسليم والهندسة لضمان انتقال سلس من مرحلة ما قبل البيع إلى التنفيذ.
- تقديم إشراف معماري خلال مراحل التسليم الأولية عند الحاجة.
- توجيه المهندسين والمهندسين المعماريين المبتدئين في مجال البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي وهندسة التطبيقات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في نظام Azure للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك: Azure Data Factory، Synapse، Microsoft Fabric، Azure Databricks، Azure Machine Learning وخدمات AI (بما في ذلك OpenAI).
- فهم عميق لأنماط هندسة البيانات (مثل Lakehouse، Data Mesh) وحوكمة البيانات وأمنها والامتثال، ودورة حياة AI/ML وMLOps.
- خبرة في البنى الهجينة والأصلية على Azure.

- سجل حافل في إدارة مشاركات ما قبل البيع بشكل مستقل وإغلاق صفقات معقدة.
- قدرة قوية على توضيح القيمة التجارية وليس فقط الحلول التقنية.
- خبرة في العمل مع عملاء في منطقة الشرق الأوسط (مفضلة).
- إجادة اللغة العربية (تحدثاً وكتابة) - إلزامية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مبادرة ذاتية مع القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئات عالية المخاطر.
- مهارات تواصل تنفيذي قوية وسرد قصصي.
- وعي تجاري مع عقلية بيع الحلول.
- شغف بالبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الناشئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أكثر من 8 سنوات من الخبرة في الاستشارات التقنية / الهندسة المعمارية.
- أكثر من 4 سنوات في هندسة حلول البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- خلفية قوية في ما قبل البيع أو الاستشارات مع أدوار موجهة للعملاء.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، علم البيانات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات التالية (مفضلة وليست إلزامية): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert، Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate، Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate، Microsoft Certified: Designing Azure Solutions.

- Client Engagement & Solution Ownership
- Act as the primary solutions architect in customer discussions-owning conversations end-to-end without dependency.
- Lead CXO-level and technical workshops, translating business challenges into scalable Data & AI solutions.
- Independently drive solution discovery, architecture definition, and proposal creation.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders, especially within Arabic-speaking regions.
- Data, AI & Application Architecture
- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions, including:
- Modern Data Platforms (Data Warehouses, Lakehouse, real-time analytics)
- AI/ML solutions (predictive analytics, NLP, GenAI, copilots)
- Application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems)
- Integrate data platforms with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, custom apps).
- Define data strategies, API strategies, and application integration models.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and cost-optimize
- Pre-Sales Leadership
- Lead the technical component of bids, proposals, and RFP responses.
- Develop high-quality solution artifacts:
- Architecture diagrams
- Cost models & TCO optimization
- Implementation roadmaps
- Value propositions aligned to business outcomes
- Participate in solution demos, PoCs, and design validations.
- Business & Strategic Alignment
- Translate customer business goals into measurable data and AI outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Data modernization

- Upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts
- Balance technical excellence with commercial viability.
- Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams for seamless transition from presales to execution.
- Provide architectural oversight during initial delivery phases where needed.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on Data & AI, and application architecture
Technical - Data & AI
- Strong expertise in Azure Data & AI ecosystem, including:
- Azure Data Factory / Synapse / Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Databricks
- Azure Machine Learning & AI Services (incl. OpenAI)
- Deep understanding of:
- Data architecture patterns (Lakehouse, data mesh, etc.)
- Data governance, security, and compliance
- AI/ML lifecycle and MLOps
- Experience in Azure-native and hybrid architectures.
- Strong experience in application architecture, including:
- Microservices and distributed systems architecture
- API design and management (REST, GraphQL, API gateways)
- Event-driven architectures (Kafka, messaging systems)
- Experience with application modernization:
- Monolith to microservices transformation
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with integration patterns:
- Data + application integration (ETL + APIs)
- Middleware and enterprise integration platforms
- Understanding of frontend/backend separation and digital application stacks
- Proven track record of independently handling pre-sales engagements and closing complex deals.
- Strong ability to articulate business value, not just technical solutions.
- Experience working with Middle East clients is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Strong English communication skills
- 8+ years of experience in technology consulting / architecture
- 4+ years in Data & AI solutions architecture
- Strong pre-sales or consulting background with customer-facing roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
