Your Job

The Senior Oracle OIC / VBCS Consultant will support and enhance integrations and custom applications across Oracle Fusion Cloud, Primavera, PMIS and third-party systems. The consultant will work closely with NMDC business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and support leadership, and will provide hands-on delivery as well as onsite technical coordination.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Design, develop, test, deploy and support OIC integrations.

Develop and maintain app-driven, scheduled, file-based and event-based integrations.

Build and support REST/SOAP services and integrations using Oracle ERP, HCM and SCM Cloud adapters.

Manage connectivity through FTP/SFTP, APIs, database connections and approved enterprise endpoints.

Monitor integration health, diagnose failures, resolve performance issues and implement preventive controls.

Support interfaces between Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, Primavera, PMIS, IAM, Azure AD/SSO and external systems.

Maintain interface catalogues, technical designs, mapping documents, operational runbooks and support notes.

Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)

Design, develop and support responsive VBCS web and mobile applications.

Build Oracle Fusion extensions, custom user experiences, dashboards and operational applications.

Consume REST services and integrate VBCS applications with Oracle Fusion and external platforms.

Configure business objects, service connections, security roles and environment-specific application settings.

Perform deployment, version management, defect resolution, performance tuning and production support.

Support enhancements to Oracle PaaS custom applications, workflows and approval solutions.

Technical Leadership and AMS Support

Provide L2 and L3 support for critical and complex production incidents.

Lead root cause analysis, problem management and preventive action planning.

Participate in incident bridges and support P1/P2 issues within agreed service levels.

Review solution designs, integration patterns, code quality, security and deployment readiness.

Mentor offshore developers and integration consultants and distribute knowledge through structured KT.

Coordinate with Oracle Support and third-party teams for product defects and cross-platform issues.

Participate in governance meetings, customer workshops, solution reviews and release planning.

Identify automation, monitoring and service improvement opportunities.

Experience and Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.

8+ years of overall Oracle technical consulting or application development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion integrations.

Demonstrable experience in VBCS application development and Oracle Fusion extensions.

Experience in production support, application maintenance services and enhancement delivery.

Experience working in customer-facing onsite roles and coordinating with distributed teams.

Oracle OIC, VBCS, OCI or relevant Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.

Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech / Any Graduation
