نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن خبير متمرس وعملي لقيادة تعريف وتصميم وتنفيذ برنامج الأنطولوجيا المؤسسية (Enterprise Ontology) ورسم المعرفة (Knowledge Graph) والطبقة الدلالية (Semantic Layer). هذا الدور استراتيجي وأساسي، ولذا نبحث تحديداً عن شخص يجمع بين الخبرة التقنية العميقة وخبرة الهندسة المعمارية المؤسسية، ولديه سجل ناجح في تقديم برامج الأنطولوجيا ورسم المعرفة على نطاق واسع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الهندسة المعمارية والاستراتيجية المستهدفة للأنطولوجيا المؤسسية ورسم المعرفة والطبقة الدلالية.
- تصميم النماذج الدلالية المؤسسية والتصنيفات والأنطولوجيات بما يتوافق مع مجالات الأعمال والبيانات.
- تطوير خارطة الطريق وإطار الحوكمة والمعايير والنموذج التشغيلي.
- قيادة مراحل التنفيذ الأولية وتوجيه تطوير قدرات الأنطولوجيا ورسم المعرفة الأساسية.
- تحديد وترتيب أولويات حالات الاستخدام للأعمال والتحسينات السريعة.
- ضمان التوافق مع حوكمة البيانات وإدارة البيانات الوصفية وإدارة البيانات الرئيسية (MDM) ومنتجات البيانات وكتالوجات البيانات ومبادرات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- تقديم المشورة بشأن اختيار الأدوات والمنصات وقرارات الهندسة المعمارية.
- بناء القدرات الداخلية من خلال نقل المعرفة والتوجيه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة البيانات والتقنيات الدلالية وهندسة المعرفة وإدارتها.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ الأنطولوجيات المؤسسية ورسم المعرفة.
- فهم قوي لحوكمة البيانات وإدارة البيانات الوصفية والهندسة المعمارية المؤسسية وهندسة الأعمال.
- خبرة في استخدام الأنطولوجيات ورسم المعرفة لدعم حالات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي والذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي وتوليد الاسترجاع المعزز (RAG) والبحث المؤسسي وإدارة المعرفة.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل مع القدرة على مخاطبة الجمهور التنفيذي والتقني.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مبادرات الأنطولوجيا المؤسسية وتنفيذ رسم المعرفة وبرامج الهندسة الدلالية على نطاق واسع.
- فهم قوي لهندسة الأنطولوجيا وتطوير التصنيفات وتمثيل المعرفة والنمذجة الدلالية وإدارة البيانات الوصفية.
- خبرة في تحديد الهندسات المعمارية الدلالية المؤسسية المستهدفة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عميقة في العديد مما يلي: RDF, OWL, RDFS, SKOS, SPARQL, SHACL, Property Graphs, LPG ونماذج RDF للرسم البياني، والاستدلال الدلالي (Semantic reasoning) والاستنتاج (inferencing).

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on expert to lead the definition, design, and initial implementation of our Enterprise Ontology, Knowledge Graph (KG), and Semantic Layer program.
This role is strategic and foundational. Therefore, we are specifically looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with enterprise architecture experience and has successfully delivered ontology and knowledge graph programs at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Proven Experience Leading Enterprise-scale
Deep Experience With Several Of The Following
RDF, OWL, RDFS, SKOS, SPARQL, SHACL, Property Graphs, LPG and RDF graph models, Semantic reasoning and inferencing.
Knowledge Graph Platforms Such As
Stardog, GraphDB, TopBraid, PoolParty, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Microsoft Fabric / Purview semantic capabilities, Databricks knowledge graph ecosystem, Other enterprise KG platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the target-state architecture and strategy for the Enterprise Ontology, Knowledge Graph, and Semantic Layer.
- Design enterprise semantic models, taxonomies, and ontologies aligned with business and data domains.
- Develop the roadmap, governance framework, standards, and operating model.
- Lead the initial implementation phases and guide the development of foundational ontology and KG capabilities.
- Identify and prioritize business use cases and quick wins.
- Ensure alignment with Data Governance, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Products, Data Catalog, and AI initiatives.
- Advise on tooling, platform selection, and architecture decisions.
- Build internal capability through knowledge transfer and mentoring.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Semantic Technologies, Knowledge Engineering and Management.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise ontologies and knowledge graphs.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Metadata Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Architecture.
- Experience leveraging ontologies and knowledge graphs to support AI, GenAI, RAG, enterprise search, and knowledge management use cases.
