MantraCare تعلن عن وظيفة طبيب (عن بُعد - السعودية) بعقد مستقل، للعمل ضمن منظومتها الصحية الرقمية القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتي تقدم خدمات العلاج والرعاية المزمنة والحلول الصحية الشاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء استشارات افتراضية ومراجعة تاريخ المرضى وطلب الفحوصات التشخيصية المناسبة وتطوير خطط علاجية فردية تتماشى مع بروتوكولات MantraCare السريرية.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل المعالجين ومدربي الصحة وغيرهم من الأخصائيين لتنسيق الرعاية في مجالات الصحة النفسية وإدارة الأمراض المزمنة والعضلية الهيكلية والتغذية.
- توثيق الزيارات في الأنظمة الرقمية وتقديم خبرات لتطوير مسارات الرعاية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي والمشاركة في مناقشات الحالات.
- الالتزام بالمعايير التنظيمية والأخلاقية، والتواجد في مواعيد الجلسات عن بُعد ومتابعة المرضى في الوقت المناسب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة طبية (MD أو DO أو ما يعادلها) من مؤسسة معتمدة وترخيص ساري المفعول في الجهات القضائية ذات الصلة.
- شهادة البورد أو الأهلية في تخصص ذي صلة (مفضل).
- خبرة في الصحة الرقمية أو الصحة السكانية أو برامج العافية الموجهة للموظفين (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة عن بُعد وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة سريرية في مجال واحد أو أكثر من المجالات ذات الصلة (مثل الطب الباطني، طب الأسرة، الطب النفسي، الغدد الصماء، جراحة العظام، التغذية) والقدرة على إدارة الرعاية المزمنة والوقائية في بيئات افتراضية.
- كفاءة في ممارسات التطبيب عن بُعد بما في ذلك التقييم عن بُعد والتوثيق الرقمي واستخدام السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية ومنصات الرعاية الافتراضية.
- مهارات تشخيصية وتخطيط علاجي واتخاذ قرارات سريرية قوية، مع الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية القائمة على الأدلة والرعاية المتمحورة حول المريض.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية) مع المرضى والفرق متعددة التخصصات في سياقات عالمية متنوعة.
- الراحة في العمل مع سير العمل المعتمدة على التكنولوجيا والأدوات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي ونماذج الرعاية المبنية على البيانات، مع الانفتاح على الابتكار والتحسين المستمر.

Role Description This is a remote, contract Doctor role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across MantraCare’s digital health ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, reviewing patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests where appropriate, and developing individualized treatment plans aligned with MantraCare’s clinical protocols. The doctor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, health coaches, and other specialists, to coordinate care in areas such as mental health, chronic disease management, MSK conditions, and nutrition. Additional responsibilities include documenting encounters in digital systems, providing expert input to AI-driven care pathways, participating in case discussions, and maintaining regulatory and ethical standards. Availability for scheduled telehealth sessions and timely follow-up with patients is essential.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in one or more relevant domains (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, psychiatry, endocrinology, orthopedics, nutrition) and ability to manage chronic and preventive care in virtual settings.
- Proficiency in telehealth practices, including remote assessment, digital documentation, and use of electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills, with commitment to evidence-based guidelines and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams in diverse, global contexts.
- Comfort working with technology-driven workflows, AI-assisted tools, and data-informed care models, with openness to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid licensure in applicable jurisdictions; board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Experience in digital health, population health, or employer-focused wellness programs is an advantage, as is prior work within culturally diverse and international patient populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and compliance.
