Role Description The Computer Operator role at Saudi Sicli is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Computer Operator is responsible for running and monitoring computer systems, performing data entry and updating records, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in back-office systems. Daily tasks include preparing and processing documents, printing and distributing reports, backing up data, and troubleshooting basic software or hardware issues. The role requires close coordination with other departments to support operational tasks, maintain organized electronic files, and follow company procedures and information security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong computer operations skills, including handling routine system tasks and monitoring performance.
• Solid back office operations experience with data entry, document processing, and record management.
• High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in common office software and basic troubleshooting.
• Accurate and efficient typing skills to manage data and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and respond clearly to requests.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and support operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
