About the Role

We are looking for a technically driven professional who is passionate about growth and combines programming, data, and digital marketing to build measurable, automated growth systems that attract high-quality leads and convert them into sales. This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a high-intensity execution role based on rapid experimentation, data, technical tools, and artificial intelligence to build scalable acquisition, activation, and conversion channels. You will work on launching an extraordinary product in the local market and gain rare hands-on experience in building growth engines from scratch.

Responsibilities

● Plan and execute advertising campaigns on social media platforms to attract high-quality potential customers, continuously measure cost versus results, and optimize performance.

● Improve the website’s search engine visibility (SEO) from both a technical and content perspective, and monitor keywords, pages, speed, and site structure.

● Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns in a practical, results-driven way, including conversion tracking and return analysis.

● Build and run large-scale automated email campaigns (sequences, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and improving open, click, and conversion rates).

● Produce and intensively publish high-quality content across the relevant channels, linking content to growth objectives rather than content for its own sake.

● Edit images and videos for campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other growth content using relevant editing tools.

● Use market and competitor research tools, as well as social listening and social media analysis tools, to identify growth opportunities and the most effective messaging.

● Build and automate CRM systems and follow-up pipelines (Lead capture → qualification → nurture → conversion), integrating different sources into one system.

● Manage the website in terms of performance, conversion, integrations, tracking, and landing page optimization.

● Leverage artificial intelligence (especially Claude and its tools) for research, content writing and improvement, data analysis, prototyping, and automating repetitive tasks.

● Write internal scripts and tools in Python to collect, clean, and analyze data, automate reports, and connect systems.

● Design rapid growth experiments, measure results, stop what does not work, and scale what does.

● Set up clear dashboards for core growth metrics: traffic, leads, lead quality, cost, conversion, and revenue.

Requirements

● Fresh graduate from a College of Information Technology or an equivalent technical major, with no more than 2 years of practical experience.

● Strong knowledge of Python, with excellent practical programming skills (automation, working with APIs, data processing, and building simple internal tools).

● Knowledge of image and video editing tools, with the ability to produce clean, usable visual content for campaigns and digital channels.

● Ability and willingness to learn photography to support content production when needed.

● Basic understanding of SEO techniques (On-page, Technical SEO, keyword fundamentals, and performance tracking).

● Basic understanding of Google Ads, campaign mechanics, tracking, and optimization.

● Deep understanding of Claude.ai and its tools, with practical ability to use it to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and automation.

● Excellent English, both spoken and written.

● Ability to work on-site at our offices in Riyadh.

● Strong ability to self-learn, experiment quickly, and operate with ambiguity in a startup environment.

● Willingness to put in exceptional effort and work long hours when needed.

● A data-driven mindset: decisions are based on numbers, not impressions.

● Discipline in daily execution and follow-up, with attention to detail and output quality. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

● Previous practical experience managing social media campaigns or building landing pages.

● Familiarity with tools such as: Google Analytics / GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and automation tools (Zapier / Make or similar).

● Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar image and video editing software.

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or working with content management systems.

● Experience building tracking setups (UTM, pixels, events) and understanding the conversion journey.
