تقدم شركة GE HealthCare في منطقة الرياض فرصة عمل لوظيفة أخصائي تعليم إكلينيكي في التصوير الجزيئي (MI Clinical Education Specialist).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم تدريب إكلينيكي تطبيقي في الموقع للمستخدمين على أجهزة GE في مجال التصوير الجزيئي.
  • التنسيق لعملية التركيب والتدريب الإكلينيكي الأولي بالتعاون مع فرق المبيعات والخدمات ومدير التعليم الإكلينيكي.
  • إجراء تدريبات تطبيقية عالية الجودة في مواقع العملاء لضمان الاستخدام الآمن والفعال للأجهزة، مع تعظيم جودة الصورة والإنتاجية.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات ما بعد البيع وتطوير علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء، والقدرة على تحديد الفرص التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء فوراً.
  • الترويج للمميزات الفريدة بناءً على الاحتياجات الإكلينيكية للعميل والمنافسة والقيم والفوائد المطلوبة.
  • تطوير وتوسيع شبكة من قادة الرأي الرئيسيين داخل المنطقة المخصصة.
  • دعم المعارض التجارية وورش العمل وزيارات العملاء والمواقع التوضيحية.
  • دعم نشر الأدوات الرقمية وتبنّي التحول الرقمي في التعليم الإكلينيكي.
  • توثيق التدريبات والزيارات الميدانية وتفاعلات العملاء وفق البروتوكول المحلي.
  • تقديم عروض للعملاء في أيام التعليم الصفي والفعاليات الخاصة بالمستخدمين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة في الأشعة أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية مع خبرة كبيرة في التصوير الجزيئي (الطب النووي / PET).
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والعمل ضمن فريق.
  • دافع ذاتي واستعداد للمبادرة في تحديد فرص التحسين واتخاذ الإجراءات.
  • التوجه الجماعي مع عقلية تركز على رضا العملاء.
  • المرونة والتكيف مع بيئات العمل المتغيرة.
  • الاستعداد والانفتاح على السفر والتواجد في مواقع العملاء بنسبة 70% إلى 80% من وقت العمل (متوسط سنوي).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مؤهل دراسات عليا في الطب النووي.
  • خبرة في العمل مع منتجات GE.
  • خبرة في إجراء التدريب في التصوير الجزيئي.
  • أي خبرة في تخصصات أخرى مثل الأشعة المقطعية أو الأشعة السينية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Job Description Summary

The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and co-ordinate training on GE Healthcare’s products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging installed base.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will provide onsite clinical applications training to user’s equipment in given modality area
  • You co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager
  • You conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, maximizing image quality and productivity
  • You will be maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • You promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
  • You continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
  • You support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits
  • You support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
  • You document trainings, site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol
  • You deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events

Required Qualifications

  • Based on a Radiographer or biomedical engineering degree you bring a significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET)
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills including team working and good communication skills
  • You are self-motivated and have the willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
  • You are team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
  • You are able and willing to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
  • You are able and open to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average)
  • You speak and write English fluently

Desired Characteristics

  • You bring a post-graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine
  • You have the experience working with GE products
  • You are experienced in conducting training in Molecular Imaging
  • Any experience working in other modality such as CT or Xray is a bonus
