The Senior Art Director - Creative AI will lead innovative projects that blend artificial intelligence with creative solutions. The ideal candidate will transform complex briefs into compelling visual concepts, deliver exceptional results, and effectively manage creative teams while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

A top-tier Senior Art Director must exhibit strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Main Tasks

Technical & Product

• Collaborate with strategy teams to design and implement cutting-edge creative ideas that harness advanced AI technologies.

• Direct cross-functional teams of designers and AI specialists through briefings, creative reviews, and presentations, ensuring cohesive collaboration.

• Stay informed on the latest AI trends, tools, and design methodologies for effective project integration and innovation.

• Guarantee high-quality execution of branding strategies, ensuring consistency and excellence from concept through to final delivery.

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

• Maintain exceptional organizational skills and composure while managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Cultivate a positive culture of teamwork and mutual respect within the creative team, enhancing collaboration.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the newest generative AI tools, guiding the team in their use.
