We are supporting a leading Facilities Management company in Riyadh that is seeking a Senior Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and drive business performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all finance operations, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and cash flow management
• Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, business growth, and operational efficiency
• Provide commercial and financial insights on large-scale contracts, projects, and investments
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, and risk management
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and ERP optimization initiatives
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or CIMA preferred
• 15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership role
• Proven experience within large-scale organizations (preferably multinational, listed companies, or groups with revenues exceeding SAR 1 billion
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, treasury, and financial governance
• Experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering Services, Infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skill
