تعلن شركة معادن، إحدى أسرع شركات التعدين نمواً في العالم وأكبر شركة تعدين ومعادن متعددة السلع في الشرق الأوسط، عن فرصة شاغرة لوظيفة مدير مشاريع خاصة في مرحلة الاستكشاف المبكر في الرياض. سيسهم هذا الدور في دفع عجلة الاكتشاف وتعزيز فعالية وكفاءة أنشطة الاستكشاف عبر معسكرات على مستوى المناطق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعزيز ثقافة "السلامة أولاً" في فريق عمليات الاستكشاف وتطبيق نظام إدارة البيئة والصحة والسلامة والأمن (EHSS) لضمان الامتثال للعمليات والإجراءات القياسية، وتحديد وتخفيف المخاطر الحالية والناشئة بشكل استباقي.
- ضمان التميز في تنفيذ عمليات الاستكشاف والسعي لتحقيقه.
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإعداد الميزانيات: تطوير وإدارة وتحسين ميزانيات الاستكشاف لضمان التوافق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية وكفاءة التكلفة.
- القيادة الفنية: الإشراف على تطبيق تقنيات وتكنولوجيات الاستكشاف المتقدمة، بما في ذلك الجيوفيزياء والكيمياء الجيولوجية والاستشعار عن بعد وأخذ العينات والحفر ونمذجة الموارد، وضمان أن تكون برامج الاستكشاف سليمة فنياً وتحقق نتائج عالية القيمة.
- تطوير المواهب: بناء قدرات القوى العاملة من خلال التوجيه وتطوير المواهب لتلبية الاحتياجات التشغيلية الحالية والمستقبلية، وتنفيذ ممارسات فعالة لإدارة وتطوير الموظفين على جميع مستويات المسؤولية.

- تطوير الأعمال: تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة من خلال استهداف المناطق الجيولوجية عالية الإمكانية، والمساهمة في توسيع قاعدة موارد الشركة وبصمتها الاستراتيجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس والماجستير (أو الدكتوراه مفضلة) في تخصص جيولوجي ذي صلة من مؤسسة معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في الجيولوجيا داخل صناعة التعدين، مع أكثر من 5 سنوات في الأدوار الإدارية.
- سجل مثبت في دورة الاستكشاف والاكتشاف المعدني.
- خبرة ميدانية واسعة عبر بيئات جيولوجية وأنماط تمعدن متنوعة، خاصة مع البورفيري و/أو VHMS و/أو IRG و/أو تمعدن النيكل-النحاس الماجماتي و/أو النحاس الرسوبي.
- معرفة بقطاع التعدين والمعادن والاستكشاف في المملكة العربية السعودية (اختياري).
- شغف قوي بالاكتشاف مع التزام عميق بتعزيز نجاح الاستكشاف.
- فطنة تجارية مع فهم واضح لمحركات النجاح في الاستكشاف والقدرة على تخطيط وتقييم وإدارة برامج العمل وفقاً لذلك.
- قدرات قيادية مثبتة، بما في ذلك القدرة على بناء وإلهام وقيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات عالية الأداء عبر المجالات التقنية والمهنية والشركات.

Key Accountabilities
- Promote a “Safety First” culture in exploration operations team and implement the Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) management system to ensure team members fulfill standard EHSS processes and operating procedures. Proactively identify and mitigate current and emerging risks to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure and aim for excellence in exploration executions
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop, manage, and optimize exploration budgets to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee the application of advanced exploration techniques and technologies, including geophysics, geochemistry, remote sensing, sampling, drilling, and resource modeling. Ensure exploration programs are technically sound and deliver high-value outcomes
- Talent Development: Build workforce capability by mentoring and developing talent to meet present and future operational needs. Implement effective staff management and development practices across all levels of responsibility.
- Project Evaluation & Portfolio Optimization: Assess exploration programs based on potential reward, risk, and cost. Prioritize resources toward high-potential projects and decisively exit underperforming initiatives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting high-potential geological areas. Contribute to expanding Maaden’s resource base and strategic footprint.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s and MSc Degree (or PhD preferable) in relevant Geoscience discipline from an accredited institution
- Exceptional skills and experience in target generation, grassroots exploration and project execution
- Proven success on mineral exploration and discovery cycle
- Extensive field experience across diverse geological settings and mineralization styles, particularly with porphyry and/or VHMS and/or IRG and/or Magmatic Ni-Cu and/or sediment-hosted copper
- Full range of exploration methods and processes known, chooses the most effective
- A strong passion for discovery, with a deep commitment to advancing exploration success.
- Commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of the drivers of success in exploration and the ability to plan, evaluate, and manage work programs accordingly.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across technical, professional, and corporate domains.
- Strategic and operational expertise, with a track record of delivering complex exploration programs effectively and efficiently.
