Next Match AI LLC is seeking an analytical, security-focused Software Engineer to own the development and optimization of our core software products across the Kingdom. As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated verification networks experience high-volume commercial scaling inline with national digital transformation initiatives, we require an engineer who can design highly reliable backend systems and seamless integration pipelines.

Operating completely remote from within Saudi Arabia, you will take full technical ownership of logic structures supporting our foundational HR API and high-velocity database operations. You will build clean, secure, and heavily optimized codebases, collaborating directly with our core technology hub in Abu Dhabi.

• Backend Pipeline Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable backend logic layers and cloud microservices utilizing modern programming languages.
• API Architecture & Scale: Build, optimize, and document our core HR API subsystems, ensuring reliable data handshakes and fast request-response lifecycles for third-party platforms.
• Database Management: Architect high-fidelity relational database environments, writing optimized complex queries and handling transactional logging at scale.
• Security & Compliance Controls: Build and deploy rigid encryption standards and secure data verification frameworks, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and SDAIA data safety guidelines.
• System Optimization: Proactively profile and refactor server-side script performance, minimizing memory leaks and maximizing background processing efficiency.

• Proven Engineering Background: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (experience within a B2B SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, or automated transactional product environment is highly preferred).
• Technical Stack Fluency: Deep hands-on experience with core backend systems (Node.js, Python, or Go) coupled with strong version control hygiene (Git/GitHub).
• Database & Infrastructure Comfort: Solid experience working with relational or non-relational database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and containerization tools (Docker, AWS, or serverless structures).
• Frictionless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional Arabic language capabilities are a major asset for handling localized data schema contexts.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly related technical discipline.

• Base Salary: SAR 24,500 – SAR 31,000 per month (Tax-Free, dependent on background depth and technical architecture capabilities).
