كمهندس حلول في Cisco، ستعمل عن كثب مع فريق مبيعات موفري الخدمات لتحديد احتياجات أحد أهم الحسابات الاستراتيجية لموفري الخدمات في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعرض حلول Cisco، وتصميم منتجات مخصصة تدفع التحول الرقمي. ستقدم إرشادات تقنية متخصصة تركز على نجاح العميل ونتائج متوافقة، مع المرونة في إدارة عملك بأفضل طريقة لتحقيق أفضل النتائج للعميل والفريق. يتطلب هذا الدور قائداً تقنياً كبيراً يجمع بين خبرة بنية مراكز البيانات وحلول شبكات المؤسسات والأمن السيبراني مع قدرات قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة لتوجيه العملاء نحو شبكات مستقلة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كقائد تقني ضمن فريق الحساب، وبناء علاقات استشارية موثوقة مع كبار قادة تقنية المعلومات والأعمال.
- امتلاك الرؤية التقنية الكاملة والهندسة المعمارية التي تشمل شبكات موفري الخدمات ومراكز البيانات والسحابة والأتمتة والأمن السيبراني والعمليات القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- قيادة تصميم بنى مراكز البيانات وشبكات المؤسسات والأمن السيبراني واسعة النطاق وعالية القابلية للتوسع بما يتوافق مع نماذج الشبكات المستقلة المستقبلية.
- قيادة مبادرات التحول القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي في الشبكات، بما في ذلك: تطبيق نماذج AI/ML والنماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (LLM) في عمليات الشبكة وضمانها وتخطيطها وتحسينها، وتوظيف Agentic AI لاتخاذ القرارات ذات الحلقة المغلقة وتنفيذ النوايا والشبكات ذاتية الشفاء، ودمج قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر مجالات النقل ومراكز البيانات والسحابة والأمن السيبراني.
- توضيح وإظهار أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي على كفاءة الشبكة وخفض التكاليف والمرونة وتجربة العميل من منظور الأعمال.
- قيادة استراتيجية أتمتة الشبكات وتنسيقها، مع خبرة عميقة في Cisco DNA Center وNexus Dashboard وCisco Intersight ومحفظة Cisco Crosswork Automation.
- التعاون مع فرق الحساب وقادة المنتجات والمديرين التنفيذيين للتأثير على خرائط الطريق وقرارات الاستثمار واستراتيجية التحول طويلة الأجل.
- تطوير وعرض مقترحات تقنية وهياكل وعروض توضيحية عالية التأثير.
- دعم إثباتات المفهوم (POCs) والتجارب والتحقق من الحلول لتسريع اتخاذ القرار واعتماد الحلول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار ما قبل البيع أو الاستشارات أو مهندس حلول، مع سجل مثبت في تصميم ونشر حلول معقدة في مجالات التوجيه والتبديل ومراكز البيانات والسحابة والأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة تقنية عميقة في: بنية مراكز البيانات القابلة للتوسع والجاهزة للذكاء الاصطناعي (حلول الحوسبة، شبكات مراكز البيانات، ACI، التقنيات السحابية الأصلية مثل K8s وDocker، CI/CD، الأتمتة، ممارسات DevOps)، بنى شبكات المؤسسات باستخدام حلول Cisco (التوجيه والتبديل واللاسلكي، SD-WAN، SASE)، وهندسة الأمن السيبراني (Cisco Secure Access أو حلول المنافسين، Security Service Edge، Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)، Firewall as a Service).
- خبرة قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة: فهم تطبيقي لنماذج AI/ML لحالات استخدام الشبكات (الضمان، التحسين، التخطيط، العمليات التنبؤية)، معرفة معمارية أو عملية بأنظمة LLM للرؤى التشغيلية والأتمتة ودعم القرارات، خبرة في تصميم أو توظيف أطر Agentic AI لتمكين العمليات ذاتية التشغيل والقائمة على النوايا.
- فهم قوي لتقنيات Cisco وهندستها المعمارية، مع خبرة معمارية شاملة لترجمة أهداف العميل إلى حلول متكاملة عبر محفظة Cisco الكاملة.
- القدرة على تبسيط المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة لجمهور تقني وغير تقني، مع مهارات تواصل تنفيذية قوية.
- خبرة صلبة في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء باستخدام تقنيات البيع الاستشاري وفهم نقاط الألم المالية ومواءمة الحلول مع نماذج أعمال العميل لتحقيق القيمة واعتماد الحلول.
- قدرة مثبتة على التعاون الفعال مع فرق المنتجات والهندسة الداخلية وفرق تجربة العملاء (CX) والشركاء.
- سرد قائم على النتائج وتركيز قوي على تقديم استراتيجيات معمارية ذات أثر.
- المؤهلات المفضلة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات Cisco (مثل CCNP, CCIE) أو شهادات مشابهة من جهات أخرى.
- خبرة في توجيه ونقل موفري الخدمات (SR-MPLS وSRv6).
- خبرة في تصميم وتطور شبكات الجوال والنواة 5G.
- هندسة ضمان الشبكات المتقدمة، بما في ذلك الضمان القائم على القياس، كشف الأعطال بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تحليلات الأداء، ورؤية الخدمة.

- Own the end-to-end technology vision and architecture, spanning Service Provider networks, Data Center, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity and AI driven operations.
- Lead the design of large-scale, highly scalable Data Center, Enterprise Networking and cybersecurity architectures, aligned with future autonomous networking models.
- Lead AI-driven network transformation initiatives, including:
- Applying AI/ML and LLM models to network operations, assurance, planning, and optimization
- Positioning Agentic AI for closed-loop decision making, intent execution, and self-healing networks
- Integrating AI capabilities across transport, Data Center, cloud and cybersecurity domains
- Articulate and demonstrate the business impact of AI on network efficiency, cost optimization, resilience, and customer experience.
- Lead network automation and orchestration strategy, with deep expertise in DNA Center, Nexus Dashboard, Cisco Intersight and Cisco Crosswork Automation portfolio
- Collaborate with account teams, product leaders, and executives to influence roadmaps, investment decisions, and long-term transformation strategy.
- Develop and present high-impact technical proposals, architectures, and demonstrations.
- Support proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and solution validation to accelerate decision-making and adoption.
- Extensive experience (5 years minimum in presales, consultative, or solution architect roles), demonstrating a proven presales track record in designing and deploying complex solutions, particularly in routing, switching, data center, cloud and cybersecurity.
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Scalable, AI-ready Data Center architecture including compute solutions, data center networking, ACI, cloud-native technologies (K8s, Docker), CI/CD, automation, DevOps practices
- Enterprise network architectures using Cisco routing, switching and wireless solutions, SD-WAN, SASE, modern AI Ops/ML Ops, and programming/scripting capabilities.
- Cybersecurity architecture including Cisco Secure Access (or competitor solutions), Security Service Edge, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Firewall as a Service
- Strong AI and automation expertise, including:
- Applied understanding of AI/ML models for networking use cases such as assurance, optimization, planning, and predictive operations
- Architectural or hands-on knowledge of LLM-based systems for operational insights, automation, and decision support
- Experience designing or positioning Agentic AI frameworks to enable closed-loop, intent-based, and autonomous network operations
- Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and architecture, with proven cross-architecture experience to translate client objectives into comprehensive solutions across Cisco’s full portfolio.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong executive-level communication skills.
- Solid experience engaging directly with customers, applying consultative selling techniques, understanding financial pain points, and aligning solutions with customer business models to drive value realization and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal product and engineering teams, CX, and partners.
- An outcome-driven narrative and a strong focus on delivering impactful architecture and solution strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent vendor credentials.
- Service Provider Routing and Transport, including SR-MPLS and SRv6
- Mobility and 5G Core network design and evolution
- Advanced network assurance architectures, including telemetry-driven assurance, AI-based fault detection, performance analytics, and service visibility
- Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member, and assume a proactive approach to your career, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia market is highly desirable, with Arabic language proficiency considered a significant plus.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, including:
- CxO-level presentations
- Translating AI and technical complexity into clear business outcomes
- Leading executive briefings, vision workshops, and strategy sessions
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
