هيلتون في السعودية تبحث عن Executive Lounge Host للانضمام إلى فريقها. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف من خلال إدارة تفاصيل ما قبل الوصول، تنسيق وصول المجموعات، والترحيب بالضيوف وحل استفساراتهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تفاصيل ما قبل الوصول: تأكيد الحجوزات، تخصيص أماكن الإقامة، وتلبية الطلبات الخاصة قبل وصول الضيف.
- تنسيق وصول المجموعات: تنظيم والإشراف على وصول المجموعات السياحية والمجمّعة مسبقاً لضمان تجربة سلسة.
- إسعاد الضيوف: الترحيب بالضيوف، الرد على الاستفسارات، وحل المشكلات فوراً للحفاظ على معايير الخدمة؛ مع الإلمام بجميع خدمات الفندق بالإضافة إلى طلبات كبار الشخصيات والفعاليات الخاصة.
- تقديم دعم هاتفي: الرد على المكالمات الواردة وتحويلها، حفظ سجلات المكالمات، والمتابعة لضمان رضا الضيوف.

- Manage pre-arrival details: Confirm reservations, assign accommodations, and fulfill special requests prior to guest arrival
- Coordinate group arrivals: Organize and oversee tour and pre-assigned group arrivals to ensure a seamless experience
- Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards; maintain knowledge of all hotel services as well as VIP requests and special events
- Provide phone support: Answer and route incoming calls, maintain call logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
