PulseMediaNL تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي إدخال بيانات (Data Entry Specialist) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، للعمل عن بُعد بدوام كامل أو جزئي.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن أخصائي إدخال بيانات دقيق ومنظم للانضمام إلى فريقنا عن بُعد. ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدخال وتحديث وصيانة البيانات في أنظمة ومنصات متعددة. هذه الوظيفة مثالية للأفراد الموثوقين والمتحمسين ذاتياً والقادرين على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة عن بُعد. تتوفر فرص دوام كامل وجزئي مع مرونة في الجدول.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدخال وتحديث وصيانة البيانات بدقة في قواعد بيانات الشركة وأنظمتها.
  • مراجعة البيانات بحثاً عن الأخطاء أو التناقضات أو المعلومات المفقودة وتصحيحها حسب الحاجة.
  • التحقق من البيانات وضمان مستويات عالية من الدقة والموثوقية.
  • تنظيم وصيانة الملفات والسجلات الرقمية.
  • إجراء فحوصات جودة البيانات وتدقيقها بشكل دوري.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والمشرفين لحل التناقضات.
  • اتباع إجراءات إدخال البيانات والتوجيهات وسياسات السرية.
  • إعداد التقارير والملخصات بناءً على البيانات المدخلة عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في إدخال البيانات أو الدعم الإداري أو دور مشابه (مفضلة).
  • سرعة كتابة ودقة عالية.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (خاصة Excel) و/أو Google Workspace.
  • فهم أساسي لأنظمة إدارة البيانات.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية (كتابية وشفهية).
  • اتصال إنترنت موثوق وبيئة عمل مناسبة عن بُعد.
  • خبرة في العمل عن بُعد ضمن فريق موزع (مفضلة).
  • الإلمام بأنظمة CRM أو أدوات قواعد البيانات (مفضلة).
  • معرفة أساسية بممارسات خصوصية البيانات وأمنها (مفضلة).
  • القدرة على التحدث بلغتين متعددة (العربية والإنجليزية مفضلة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط).

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit different schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
  • Verify and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
  • Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality policies
  • Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of data management systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
