المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على التخطيط والتنسيق والتنفيذ للأنشطة الهندسية في مشاريع البناء والمشاريع ذات الصلة، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات التصميم ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- مراجعة الرسومات والوثائق الفنية، وإعداد وتحديث خطط المشاريع، والإشراف على مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين، وحل المشكلات الهندسية التي تنشأ أثناء التصميم والإنشاء.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق إدارة المشروع والمشتريات وضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لمتابعة التقدم، وإدارة المخاطر، ودعم التسليم في الوقت المناسب وضمن الميزانية.
- المساهمة في تحسين العمليات، وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الأصغر، ودعم التواصل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والجهات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المشاريع الهندسية وإدارة المواقع، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنسيق والإشراف على أعمال البناء أو البنية التحتية.
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- عدة سنوات من الخبرة الهندسية التراكمية في قطاعات البناء أو التطوير العقاري أو المجالات ذات الصلة في المنطقة (يُفضل بشدة).
- معرفة بقوانين الهندسة ذات الصلة، ولوائح السلامة، ومعايير الجودة، وأفضل الممارسات في الهندسة المدنية والإنشائية.
- خبرة في التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات (التصميم، المشتريات، ضمان الجودة، الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والمقاولين من الباطن) لتسليم مشاريع معقدة في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية، مع مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية واتصالية ممتازة، مع القدرة على إعداد تقارير ووثائق وعروض تقديمية فنية واضحة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالرياض، وإدارة أولويات متعددة، والتكيف مع متطلبات المشاريع الديناميكية في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.

The Senior Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering activities for construction and related projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical documents, preparing and updating project plans, supervising site engineers and contractors, and resolving engineering issues that arise during design and construction. The role involves close collaboration with project management, procurement, and QA/QC teams to monitor progress, manage risks, and support timely, cost-effective delivery. The Senior Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, mentor junior team members, and support communication with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.

- Knowledge of relevant engineering codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and best practices in civil and structural engineering.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (design, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors) to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Several years of progressive engineering experience in construction, real estate development, or related sectors in the region is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, documentation, and technical presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
