Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Riyadh. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and timely resolutions. Responsibilities include logging and tracking cases, updating customer records, and ensuring issues are escalated when needed. The role involves maintaining a professional, empathetic approach, following company policies, and supporting service quality standards. The Representative will also gather customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.
- Experience focused on Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Background working as or with Customer Service Representatives in a structured support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn company products and services.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
