Job Opportunity | Equestrian Academy Manager

Nawasi Al Khair Equestrian Academy, located in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, one of the largest equestrian academies in Western Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to join its team as:

Equestrian Academy Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all activities.

* Lead and supervise administrative and technical teams, while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

* Develop and implement operational and strategic plans aligned with the academy’s vision and objectives.

* Ensure the highest standards of quality across training programs, facilities, and services.

* Drive sustainable growth and support the achievement of the academy’s operational and developmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven experience in managing equestrian academies, riding schools, or specialized equestrian facilities.

* Strong background in operational management and leading multidisciplinary teams.

* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, make sound decisions, and manage resources effectively.
