تعلن شركة Honeywell عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمشرف برامج أول (Sr Program Supervisor) في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على إدارة مشاريع أنظمة التيار المنخفض (ELV) والأمن وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير مشاريع ذي خبرة عالية لقيادة والإشراف على مشاريع MSI في المنطقة الشرقية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع التي تركز على حلول التيار المنخفض وتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وأنظمة الأمن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير خطط مشاريع شاملة تشمل النطاق والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد متطلبات وأهداف المشروع.
- ضمان الالتزام بمنهجيات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف بشكل استباقي.
- إدارة وثائق المشروع بما في ذلك ميثاق المشروع والجداول والميزانيات وتقارير الحالة.
- قيادة فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك المهندسين والفنيين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- تقديم توجيهات واضحة ودعم لأعضاء الفريق.
- تعزيز بيئة عمل تعاونية وإيجابية تشجع التواصل الفعال والعمل الجماعي.
- عقد اجتماعات دورية للفريق لمراجعة حالة المشروع ومعالجة التحديات.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة والجهات الرسمية والعملاء.
- التواصل المنتظم مع أصحاب المصلحة حول تحديثات المشروع والإنجازات.
- معالجة مخاوف أصحاب المصلحة وإدارة التوقعات طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتسليم لدمج الأنظمة وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- تنفيذ عمليات مراقبة الجودة لضمان تسليم أنظمة وخدمات عالية الجودة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش واختبار منتظمة للتحقق من الامتثال للمواصفات.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر الفنية والتشغيلية والمالية.
- تنفيذ عمليات إدارة التغيير الفعالة للتعامل مع تغييرات النطاق.
- تطوير وإدارة ميزانيات المشاريع وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
- مراقبة نفقات المشروع وتحديد فرص توفير التكاليف.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشتريات لتوفير المعدات والمواد والخدمات اللازمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة مثبتة كمدير مشاريع، خاصة في إدارة مشاريع أنظمة ICT والأمن.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة ELV والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات والاتصالات وأنظمة الأمن والمعايير واللوائح ذات الصلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع تشمل التخطيط والجدولة والميزانية وإدارة المخاطر.
- قدرات قيادية مثبتة مع القدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها ميزة إضافية.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية (Saudi National Only).

Job Description: Project Manager for MSI Projects : ELV, Security & ICT Systems

- Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
- Implement effective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize project disruptions.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing ICT and security system projects.
- Strong knowledge of ELV, ICT infrastructure, security systems, and relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
