About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversion across digital channels. You will work cross-functionally with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure impactful and optimized marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance and manage paid ads to maximize ROI.
• Develop conversion optimization strategies to improve user journey and conversion rates.
• Collaborate on the creation of engaging digital content with creative and content teams.
• Monitor and report on digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and campaign impact.
• Implement retargeting strategies to boost customer retention and repeat sales.
• Enhance UX/UI across web and mobile platforms to improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools, and suggest improvements proactively.
• Support monthly and annual digital sales goals through effective strategy execution.
• Work closely with other marketing divisions to align digital initiatives with broader brand goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset for developing compelling marketing content.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Training & Tools:

• Training in SEO/SEM optimization and digital analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and retargeting techniques.
