تعلن شركة STELLAR BUILD عن توفر وظيفة فني تركيب أرضيات مطاطية (Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician) في الرياض، السعودية. الوظيفة بدوام كامل ضمن قطاع البناء والأرضيات والأسطح الرياضية. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تحضير الأسطح وتركيب أنواع مختلفة من الأرضيات المطاطية (Acrylic وEPDM وSBR والبلاط واللفائف والمطاط المصبوب في الموقع) للصالات الرياضية والملاعب والمرافق الرياضية والمشاريع التجارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير وتسوية الأسطح (خرسانية، إسفلتية، إلخ) قبل التركيب.
- قياس وقص وترتيب وتركيب بلاط ولفائف المطاط وأرضيات الصالات الرياضية بدقة.
- خلط وتطبيق المواد اللاصقة والبرايمرات والمواد الرابطة البولي يوريثان حسب المواصفات الفنية.
- تنفيذ أعمال المطاط المصبوب في الموقع للملاعب والمسارات الرياضية عند الحاجة.
- ضمان تشطيب سلس ومحاذاة دقيقة وجودة عمل عالية.
- فحص التركيبات المكتملة من حيث الجودة والسلامة ورضا العميل.
- اتباع كافة إجراءات وأنظمة السلامة في الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كفني/مركب أرضيات مطاطية أو دور مماثل.
- خبرة عملية في أرضيات الصالات الرياضية أو أسطح الملاعب أو مسارات المضامير.
- معرفة قوية بتحضير الأسطح وتقنيات القياس وتطبيقات المواد اللاصقة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع أدوات ومعدات التركيب بكفاءة.
- لياقة بدنية وقدرة على رفع المواد الثقيلة.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة واهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل.
- يفضّل أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في السعودية ولديه إقامة قابلة للتحويل.

[Job Opening] Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Rubber Flooring Installer / Technician to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing subfloors and installing various types of rubber flooring (Acrylic ,EPDM, SBR tiles, rolls, and poured-in-place rubber) for gyms, playgrounds, sports facilities, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and level subfloor surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) prior to installation.
- Accurately measure, cut, layout, and install rubber tiles, rolls, and gym flooring.
- Mix and apply adhesives, primers, and polyurethane binders according to technical specifications.
- Execute poured-in-place rubber surfacing for playgrounds and sports tracks when required.
- Ensure seamless finishing, precise alignment, and high-quality workmanship.
- Inspect completed installations for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Follow all on-site safety procedures and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Rubber Flooring Technician / Installer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with gym rubber flooring, playground surfacing, or athletic tracks.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, measuring techniques, and adhesive applications.
- Ability to handle installation tools and equipment efficiently.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Good communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Location: Candidates already residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
