Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and financial risk management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Job Accountabilities

• Oversee and manage daily treasury operations, ensuring all bank transactions are accurately recorded and properly controlled.
• Develop and monitor cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Review bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating banking facilities and services.
• Supervise the processing of credit facilities, letters of guarantee, and other banking transactions.
• Lead treasury planning and forecasting by analyzing cash inflows and outflows and recommending strategies to optimize cash management.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end treasury closing activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare and present treasury reports, liquidity analysis, and financial insights to senior management.
• Identify and manage financial risks related to liquidity, currency, and banking operations.
• Guide and support the treasury team to ensure efficient and accurate treasury processes..

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 years or more of experience in treasury, banking operations, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking facilities, and financial risk management.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of accuracy, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Travel Requirements

• The job requires extensive travel between Jeddah and Riyadh
