We’re Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer

White Art Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects-from tendering through project handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6-10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, interior construction, or MEP contracting.
• Proven experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, landlords, subcontractors, vendors, and relevant local authorities.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of applicable electrical standards, including NEC, IEC, and Saudi codes.
• Power distribution, lighting design and calculations, cable sizing, load schedules, and single-line diagrams.
• Coordination of low-current and ELV systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, AV, and data systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, DIALux, and electrical load-calculation tools.
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, material submissions, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of energy-efficiency and green-building requirements is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate electrical designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and snagging.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and installation quality.
• Support tendering, estimation, procurement, and material selection.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality requirements, and HSE standards.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and site electrical teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within demanding fit-out schedules.
• Practical problem-solving skills for site-related technical challenges.
