We at AZ are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Senior Business Valuation Specialist to join and strengthen our Business Valuation team in Riyadh.

Professional fluency in Arabic is a key requirement for this role, alongside strong English communication skills.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Arabic-speaking Senior Business Valuation Specialist who can take ownership of end-to-end valuation engagements and contribute to strengthening the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our valuation practice.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead valuation engagements from scoping and information requests through analysis, modelling, report drafting, and client/auditor discussions.

• Develop robust valuation models and prepare clear, well-supported, and defensible valuation reports aligned with IVS and relevant IFRS requirements, where applicable.

• Maintain a strong audit-trail and evidence mindset, ensuring that assumptions, supporting information, judgments, and conclusions are properly documented.

• Review financial, operational, and market information and translate it into well-supported valuation assumptions.

• Support client discussions and respond to questions from management, auditors, banks, investors, and other stakeholders.

• Help strengthen our valuation infrastructure, including models, templates, report structures, QA checklists, information request lists, and standardized workflows.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business valuation / valuation advisory, including direct responsibility for preparing valuation reports for external stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of IVS and its application to business valuation engagements.

• Strong understanding of valuation-relevant IFRS standards, including IFRS 3, IFRS 13, IAS 36 and IAS 38, and their application in a valuation context.

• Professional fluency in Arabic is required, together with excellent English communication skills across reports, emails, and presentations.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, or relocate to Riyadh.

Strong Advantage

• Big Four, international valuation advisory, corporate finance, or transaction advisory background.

• TAQEEM Business Valuation membership is preferred. Candidates without current membership should be able to demonstrate eligibility and a credible pathway toward obtaining it.
