Al Jubairi Law Firm is seeking to hire a Client Development Specialist to strengthen client relationships and support business growth within a professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.

• Follow up on client needs and provide appropriate support.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality.

• Prepare periodic reports on client relations and business opportunities.

• Support client acquisition and business development efforts.

• Monitor client satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

• Arrange meetings and client visits.

• Support marketing and business development initiatives.

• Maintain and update client databases.

• Represent the firm professionally with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum two years of experience.

• Previous experience dealing within law firms is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build professional relationships.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English.

• Saudi nationals are preferred.
