SIG Group تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer) في منطقة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية لخطوط آلات التعبئة في مواقع العملاء من خلال أداء مهام الخدمة والصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، مع تقديم الدعم الفني وتحسين أداء الماكينات لتقليل وقت التوقف وزيادة الإنتاجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية لخطوط آلات التعبئة في مواقع العملاء من خلال أداء مهام الخدمة والصيانة مع مراعاة الظروف التجارية.
- استكشاف المشكلات الفنية وإصلاحها، وتقديم الدعم الفني، وتحسين أداء الماكينات لتقليل وقت التوقف وزيادة الإنتاجية.
- إظهار معرفة شاملة بأنظمة الهواء المضغوط، الهيدروليك، الميكانيكا، الكهروميكانيكا، الأتمتة، الأجهزة، وأنظمة التحكم.
- إجراء الفحوصات، الإصلاحات، الصيانة الوقائية، واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها في مواقع العملاء.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية، توثيق شكاوى العملاء، ورفع المشكلات إلى القسم المختص.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والإرشاد لموظفي العملاء لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- طلب وإدارة احتياجات قطع الغيار وفقًا لموافقات العملاء.
- تنفيذ التعديلات والترقيات اللازمة لضمان كفاءة المعدات.
- المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل خطوط التعبئة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة ومعايير الجودة أثناء جميع أنشطة الخدمة.
- الحفاظ على تواصل قوي مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم دعم فني استباقي.
- إعداد تقارير زيارات واستكشاف أعطال مفصلة، بما في ذلك إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
- إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) لحل المشكلات المتكررة وتحسين جودة الخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقني، ويفضل الميكاترونكس، الأتمتة، أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة من 5-6 سنوات في مجال التعقيم و/أو قطاع الأغذية (مفضلة).
- سجل مثبت في الخدمة الميدانية مع تفاعل واسع مع العملاء.
- خبرة مهنية عملية من 3-5 سنوات في أدوار الخدمة الفنية.
- خبرة قيادية من 3-5 سنوات في العمليات الفنية الميدانية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم كامل للأنشطة والإجراءات الفنية المتعلقة بالوظيفة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات باستخدام مصادر متعددة للمعلومات للتقييم.
- القدرة على التأثير في الجودة والكفاءة من خلال ضمان معايير عالية في تنفيذ الخدمة.
- خبرة تقنية في تكنولوجيا التعقيم، ويفضل في الأتمتة، مع خلفية ميكانيكية وكهربائية عامة في آلات تعبئة الأغذية وخطوط التغليف.
- مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير الفنية، مع القدرة على إنشاء تقارير استكشاف أعطال مفصلة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs).
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات الخدمة لجمع البيانات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
- إتقان متقدم للغة الإنجليزية (يفضل معرفة بالعربية).
- مهارات قوية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتشخيص المتعلقة بتشغيل وصيانة الماكينات.

Field Service Engineer
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the operational efficiency of filling machine lines at customer sites by performing service and maintenance duties while considering commercial conditions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide support, and optimize machinery performance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanics, automation, instrumentation, and controls.
- Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Prepare technical reports, document customer complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customer staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Order and manage spare parts requirements in alignment with customer approvals.
- Implement necessary modifications and upgrades to ensure equipment efficiency.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of filling lines as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all service activities.
- Maintain strong communication with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive technical support.
- Prepare detailed visit and troubleshooting reports, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve recurring issues and improve service delivery.
- Full understanding of job-related technical activities and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing multiple sources of information for evaluation
- Ability to impact quality and efficiency by ensuring high standards in service execution
- Technical expertise in aseptic technology, preferably in automation, with a general mechanical and electrical background in food filling machines and packaging lines
- Strong technical reporting skills, with the ability to create detailed troubleshooting reports and SOPs
- Proficient in using service apps for data collection and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline, preferably in Mechatronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage), strong IT and diagnostic skills relevant to machinery operation and maintenance, high-level technical reporting skills, including visit and troubleshooting reports, ability to utilize service apps for data collection
- Experience: 5-6 years experience in the aseptic industry and/or food sector preferred, proven track record in Field Service with extensive customer interaction, 3-5 years of hands-on vocational experience in technical service roles, 3-5 years leadership experience in technical field operations
