Company Description LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center that provides rehabilitative, counseling, and consultative services for children and adults who experience challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Established in 2011 in Saudi Arabia by hearing and speech rehabilitation specialist Rana Mirza in partnership with Ratiba Sernivan, the center works closely with international experts and is the first in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program with families. LLSC offers a wide range of services including speech sound improvement, stuttering intervention, voice disorder treatment, speech and language therapy, auditory-verbal rehabilitation, and learning difficulties support. The center also provides behavior modification sessions, psychological services, intelligence and ADHD assessments, psychological counseling, and early skills preparation programs.
Role Description The Special Education Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The specialist will design and implement individualized education and intervention plans for children and adults with communication, language, behavioral, and learning challenges. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing and adapting educational materials, delivering one-on-one and small-group sessions, and tracking progress using evidence-based methods such as Applied Behavior Analysis. The role involves close collaboration with speech therapists, psychologists, and other professionals, as well as ongoing communication with families to support carryover of skills at home. The specialist will also contribute to case documentation, participate in team meetings, and support center programs related to early skills development and behavior modification.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Special Education and Education, with experience designing individualized educational plans and interventions.
• Demonstrated skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior support strategies for diverse learners.
• Proficiency in Communication skills, including clear documentation, family counseling, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Experience Working With Children and, preferably, with individuals who have communication, language, or behavioral challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of learning difficulties, developmental disorders, and inclusive education practices.
• Ability to plan and deliver structured sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies based on data.
• Professional ethics, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, family-centered care.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in clinical, school, or rehabilitation settings in special education or related services is preferred.
