Role Description The Product Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abhā. The Product Specialist will provide product demonstrations and technical support for advanced beauty, laser devices, and medical products to clinics and beauty centers. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, assisting customers with proper usage, addressing technical inquiries, and supporting after-sales service. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to training sessions to ensure clients are confident in using the products. The Product Specialist will help maintain strong customer relationships and support business growth through professional service and product expertise.

Qualifications

• Product expertise and specialization skills, preferably as a Product Specialist in medical, beauty, or laser devices.
• Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs, interpret product performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Clear and professional communication skills to present products, conduct training, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Customer service skills to offer responsive support, manage inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales-related skills to assist in product positioning, support sales activities, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Relevant education in biomedical engineering, medical technology, cosmetology, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Abhā, manage multiple client accounts, and travel locally to clinics and beauty centers as needed.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
