وظيفة مطور تطبيقات جوال أول - React Native لدى atmaal في الرياض السعودية

We are hiring a Senior Mobile Developer- React Native / Mobile Technical Lead for Atmaal.

The role will be part of the Strategic Projects team and will be responsible for leading mobile application development, ensuring high code quality, providing technical guidance to the team, and managing the full development lifecycle from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the mobile development team through complex technical challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, best practices, and project requirements are met.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
• Identify and resolve technical debt, bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality standards.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Support continuous improvement by adopting modern tools, technologies, and development practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or similar role.
• Strong experience in React Native and related libraries.
• Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and code review tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Very good English level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
