Job purpose:

 This position is accountable to ensure both organization and employee rights are met, to monitor and track employee performance and to develop corrective actions. This position is also accountable to ensure ongoing maintenance of internal pipeline of high potentials to occupy internal opportunities.

Key Accountability : 

1. Develops and maintains internal candidates’ pipeline for transfer and promotion to ensure fair and quick manpower fulfilment. 

2.Monitors store employee’s compliance with attendance policy to ensure efficient manpower availability. 

3.Monitors store employee’s compliance with attendance policy to ensure efficient manpower availability.

5.Receives, manages and analyze grievance and complaint and recommends corrective actions to ensure fair treatment for all employees. 

6.Manages employee’s exit and analyze exit interviews data to ensure efficient reduction in employee’s turnover. 

7.Manages investigation and disciplinary activities to ensure compliance with Panda regulations and instructions.
