شركة Apex Group Ltd (FundRock) تعلن عن وظيفة محاسب صناديق (Fund Accountant) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان أن جميع الأعمال المنجزة تتوافق مع شروط وأحكام الصندوق المعني، والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة، ولوائح مكافحة غسل الأموال.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- مساعدة كبار الموظفين وتلقي التوجيه حسب الحاجة.
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت، مع خبرة في Excel ومهارات العرض التقديمي كميزة إضافية.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي.
- العمل بشكل فردي وجماعي حسب ما تتطلبه الحالة.
- إنشاء التقارير المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد دون تذكير.
- أن تكون الشخص المسؤول عن الأمور المحاسبية للكيانات وتعزيز العلاقات الممتازة مع عملاء الشركة.
- مراجعة العمل المنجز من قبل الفرق الخارجية والتأكد من دقته.
- مراجعة وتقديم صافي قيمة الأصول (NAV) للعملاء في الوقت المناسب وفقاً لاتفاقية مستوى الخدمة (SLA) الموقعة.
- الموقف الإيجابي وروح الفريق أمر لا بد منه.
- العمل كدعم لوظائف وكالة التحويل (Transfer Agency).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة كمحاسب صناديق أو ما يعادله.
- خلفية تعليمية قوية، ويفضل أن تكون في المحاسبة.
- مهارات قوية في استخدام الحاسوب تشمل Word و Excel و Macros في Excel (خبرة مطلوبة).
- استباقية ورغبة في دفع الأمور قدماً.
- القدرة على العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها.
- المرونة في نهج العمل نظراً لطبيعة الدور لتلبية متطلبات العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة بين الأشخاص وكتابية.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام والعمل في بيئة ضاغطة.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات والتعامل مع القضايا المعقدة.

- خبرة في العملية الشاملة لإدارة الصناديق تشمل حساب صافي قيمة الأصول (NAV)، التسعير، معالجة إجراءات الشركة (Corporate Actions)، حساب رسوم الأداء (Performance Fees)، خدمات المساهمين (Shareholder Services)، والتحقق من مكافحة غسل الأموال (AML) واعرف عميلك (KYC).
- القدرة على القراءة والكتابة والتحدث باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all work undertaken complies with the respective fund’s terms and conditions, relevant regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Maintaining compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures
- Assist to seniors and get coaching as needed.
- Well versed with Microsoft applications. Expertise in excel and presentation skills is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Work separately and collectively in a group as the situation demands.
- Create the required reports in time, without any reminders.
- Being the contact person for accounting matters for entities and promote excellent relationships with the clients of the company.
- Reviewing work performed by offshore teams and ensure its accuracy.
- Timely review and submission of NAV to the clients in line with the SLA signed by the clients.
- Positive attitude and team spirit is a must.
- Backup for Transfer agency functions.
- Experience preferably as fund accountant or equivalent.
- Strong Educational Background, preferably accounting.
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience is required).
- Proactive and willing to drive things forward.
- An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
- Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
- Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.
- A participative management style that aims to motivate staff and develop their skills and capabilities.
- Experience in the all-around process of fund administration including Calculation of NAV, Pricing, Processing of Corporate Actions, Calculation of Performance Fees, Shareholder Services, AML and KYC verifications.
- Ability to read, write, speak English & Arabic proficiently.
- A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory
- The ability to define a function of the Apex Business in the KSA
