نبحث عن Art Director مبدع وموهوب لقيادة تطوير المفاهيم البصرية الجذابة عبر المنصات الرقمية والمطبوعة مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الإبداع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير المفاهيم البصرية المبتكرة عبر الوسائط الرقمية والمطبوعة.
- ترجمة أهداف العمل إلى حلول بصرية مؤثرة.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ الأفكار الإبداعية بأعلى جودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كـ Art Director أو في دور إبداعي مماثل.
- خبرة سابقة في وكالة إعلانية أو إبداعية (شرط أساسي).
- خبرة قوية في التصميم المؤسسي والعلامات التجارية (Corporate branding).
- إتقان أدوات التصميم الاحترافية (industry-standard creative tools).
- مهارات ممتازة في معالجة الصور والتركيب والتصور البصري والتوجيه الإبداعي.
- القدرة على تحويل الأهداف التجارية إلى حلول بصرية مؤثرة.
- خبرة في العمل مع عملاء أو علامات تجارية متعددة الجنسيات (ميزة قوية).
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تواصل جيد).
- شهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم أو الفنون الجميلة أو الاتصال البصري أو مجال إبداعي ذي صلة (يفضل).
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل، والإبداع، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة وتعاونية.

Requirements
- Around 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
- Previous experience in an advertising or creative agency is a must.
- Strong corporate design and branding experience is required.
- Proven expertise in image crafting, compositing, visual conceptualization, and creative direction.
- Exceptional design craftsmanship with proficiency in industry-standard creative tools.
- Ability to translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions.
- Experience working with multinational clients or brands is a strong advantage.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience in art direction.
- Advertising or creative agency background is mandatory.
- Corporate branding and design portfolio is essential.
- Good English and Arabic communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
