Role Description This full-time, on-site Industrial Painter role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Industrial Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers to concrete, metal, and other substrates. Daily tasks include mixing and matching paints and coatings to specifications, applying protective and decorative finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, and ensuring proper curing and quality of the finished surface. The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining tools and equipment, coordinating with site supervisors and other trades, and documenting work completed in line with project requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming for a variety of industrial environments.
• Proficiency in mixing, matching, and applying paints and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial coating systems related to waterproofing, thermal insulation, and corrosion protection is highly beneficial.
• Understanding and adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe handling of chemicals and materials.
• Basic ability to read and follow technical data sheets, work orders, and project specifications.
• Previous industrial or construction painting experience, preferably within civil or infrastructure projects.
• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with site teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in industrial painting or coatings is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project schedules.
