تسعى W Hotels في الرياض (المنطقة المالية) لتعيين خبير تجربة الضيوف (Guest Experience Expert) للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات الغرف وخدمات الضيوف، حيث يلعب دوراً محورياً في جعل إقامة كل ضيف تجربة لا تُنسى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات شاملة تُرشد الضيوف طوال فترة إقامتهم بدءاً من تسجيل الوصول وحتى المغادرة، مع التركيز على بناء تجربة فريدة ومميزة.
- معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية والرد على طلبات الضيوف بشكل استباقي.
- إعداد التقارير ومشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية مع الضيوف.
- جعل المعاملات المالية والإدارية جزءاً من تجربة الضيوف بدلاً من كونها مجرد إجراءات روتينية.
- المحافظة على بيئة عمل آمنة، واتباع سياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، والالتزام بالسرية وحماية أصول المنشأة، وضمان معايير الجودة في المظهر والاتصالات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (G.E.D.).
- لا تُشترط خبرة عمل سابقة في مجال ذي صلة.
- لا تُشترط خبرة إشرافية.
- لا يُشترط ترخيص أو شهادة مهنية محددة.
