We are launching a new restaurant in Medina, offering an exciting blend of Pakistani and Arabic cuisine. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead this launch and manage day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for setting up and running front-of-house and back-of-house operations, building a strong service culture, and delivering an authentic dining experience blending Pakistani and Arabic flavors for a diverse Medina clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, and service quality

Manage kitchen coordination for both Pakistani and Arabic menu offerings

Recruit, train, and supervise service and kitchen staff

Handle inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control

Ensure compliance with Saudi food safety and municipal regulations

Drive customer satisfaction and manage guest feedback

Support pre-launch setup: layout, vendor onboarding, staff hiring

Report to senior management/MD on performance and operations

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally with exposure to Pakistani and/or Arabic cuisine concepts

Prior experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) strongly preferred

Strong understanding of local food safety, licensing, and municipal requirements

Excellent leadership, staffing, and vendor management skills

Fluent in English; Arabic and/or Urdu is a strong plus

Valid transferable Iqama (if already in KSA) is an advantage
