Sales Coordinator

* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

* Enter Purchase Orders (POs) in the system based on approved purchase requests.

* Coordinate and arrange shipments, ensuring timely booking and delivery.

* Track shipments and follow up with shipping and delivery providers to ensure smooth operations.

* Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers regarding orders, deliveries, and shipment updates.

* Monitor order status and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales orders, POs, and shipments.

* Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.

* Assist in resolving delivery, order, and shipment-related issues and follow up until completion.
