Key Responsibilities

1. Recommends the development of governance standards and policies in the Assistant Agency and the establishment and measurement of the Assistant Agency’s key performance indicators and their alignment with the organization’s indicators.
2. Recommends the preparation and development of information technology and digital transformation performance evaluation indicators within the organization, in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic direction.
3. Provides advice on preparing reports on current-state indicators for consideration by the Agency’s leadership.
4. Recommends participating in identifying corrective and improvement actions to enhance the performance of the indicators.
5. Recommends addressing comments and insights from external entities regarding digital transformation reports and indicators, and coordinating with various work teams to implement them.
6. Provides advice on developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and performance management frameworks for the Digital Transformation Agency.
7. Provides advice on leading risk management activities, including framework development, follow-up, and compliance monitoring.
8. Recommends the preparation of the annual report for the Assistant Agency and participation in the organization’s annual report.
9. Provides advice on preparing periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements and proposals for developing its performance.
10. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
11. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.
