Title: Project Manager - Financial Reporting Effectiveness

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Key Focus Areas:

• Provide specialist finance and accounting support for complex transactions, reporting requirements, and technical accounting matters.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, revenue accounting, and financial reporting.
• Assist with subsidiary, intercompany, and group consolidation reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance, project, and commercial teams to manage project accounting, CAPEX tracking, cost allocations, and performance analysis across a large real estate development portfolio.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, forecasts, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and business performance monitoring.
• Support treasury, liquidity, working capital, cash flow forecasting, and debt management activities, including covenant and funding compliance monitoring.
