Role Description The Laser Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will perform laser hair removal and related aesthetic procedures in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing treatment areas, operating laser equipment, monitoring treatment outcomes, and documenting procedures accurately in patient records. The Laser Technician will also educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, maintain equipment hygiene and functionality, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure a high standard of service. Providing courteous, professional customer service and supporting a positive patient experience are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess practical skills in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal, with experience delivering safe and effective treatments.
• Candidates should possess technical skills in operating Laser devices and related laser procedures, with strong attention to safety and equipment handling.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to respond professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
• Relevant certification or training in laser aesthetics or dermatology-related procedures is preferred.
• Experience working in a clinical or medical spa environment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and infection control standards related to laser treatments.
• Ability to follow medical protocols, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
