Company Description Al-Manayer Construction Company is a growing construction firm based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh delivering building and infrastructure projects for a range of commercial and residential clients. The company focuses on quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Role Description Managing and developing sales for advertising services and products, achieving sales goals by attracting clients, building business relationships, and efficiently managing the sales team.

• Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
• Attracting new clients, retaining current clients, and developing relationships with them.
• Preparing price quotes, negotiating with clients, closing deals, and pricing bids and products.
• Managing and directing the sales and installation team, monitoring their performance, and achieving targets.
• Following up on the collection of customer receivables in coordination with the finance department.
• Market price study and creation of sell orders
• Coordinating with the design, production, marketing, and accounts departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales, customers, opportunities, and achievement rates.

Qualifications

• Strong media sales and general sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Marketing and advertising experience, including planning and executing campaigns in construction or related industries.
• Strong negotiation skills..
• A good understanding of the advertising market and advertising services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
