Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Representative

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

ISM PREFAB is seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Representative with proven experience in the contracting and construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and promoting ISM PREFAB's modular and prefabricated solutions to contractors, developers, project owners, and other industry stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the contracting and construction sector.
• Generate leads through direct sales, networking, site visits, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
• Promote ISM PREFAB's modular buildings, portable cabins, site accommodation, offices, security cabins, and other prefabricated solutions.
• Visit construction sites and client offices to understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical and commercial teams.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, tenders, and ongoing opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of sales.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report pipeline progress.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Proven experience in sales within the contracting/construction industry.
• Experience selling products or services to contractors and construction companies is preferred.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Existing relationships within the contracting sector are an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
