تعلن شركة Servier عن وظيفة Medical Representative (مندوب طبي) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية، وذلك ضمن عقد عمل بدوام كامل غير محدد المدة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

المندوب الطبي مسؤول عن الترويج لمنتجات الشركة الدوائية لدى المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية، وضمان الوعي بالمنتجات، وبناء علاقات قوية مع الأطباء والصيادلة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين في الدمام، السعودية. يتطلب الدور فهماً عميقاً لمجالات العلاج وديناميكيات السوق واحتياجات العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المتخصصين الرئيسيين في الرعاية الصحية وأصحاب المصلحة في المنطقة المخصصة.
  • تثقيف المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية حول فوائد منتجاتنا وطريقة استخدامها الصحيحة.
  • تحديد واستهداف فرص بيع جديدة لدفع نمو الأعمال.
  • ضمان توفر ورؤية المنتجات في المستشفيات والعيادات والصيدليات.
  • تنظيم وحضور المؤتمرات الطبية والعروض التقديمية للمنتجات والدورات التدريبية للمتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية حول اتجاهات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين وتفضيلات العملاء.
  • مراقبة أهداف المبيعات والعمل على تحقيقها أو تجاوزها.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لتفاعلات العملاء وأنشطة المبيعات وملاحظات السوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الطب.
  • رخصة سارية من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • دافع ذاتي مع نهج موجه نحو النتائج.
  • يجب أن يمتلك رخصة قيادة ووسيلة نقل.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

Job Description:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong understanding of the therapy areas, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in your assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of our products.
  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of products in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / medicine.
  • Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must have a driver’s license & transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
