Technical Team Manager | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a Technical Team Manager for a leading and well-established real estate development company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced technical leader with a strong background in high-rise building projects and multidisciplinary engineering management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Technical Team, including Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site execution.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and project technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, designers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary clash detection to ensure constructability.
• Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while reporting key updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience managing technical functions on high-rise tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international engineering standards.
• Hands-on experience with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
