Role Description The Storekeeper role at 3Lines Advanced Technologies Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming materials and spare parts, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and packing items, managing stock locations, and maintaining orderly storage areas to support maintenance, repair, and operations activities. The role involves tracking inventory levels, performing regular inventory counts, and updating records in inventory management systems to prevent shortages or overstock. The Storekeeper collaborates with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to fulfill material requests, prepare items for dispatch, and comply with company safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory control and inventory management skills, including record keeping and stock reconciliation.
• Experience with packing, organizing, and labeling materials to ensure safe and efficient storage and dispatch.
• Hands-on experience with unloading procedures and material handling in a warehouse or technical store environment.
• Proficiency in forklift operation and familiarity with warehouse equipment, with adherence to safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse/logistics, preferably in technical, defense, or industrial sectors.
• High school diploma or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
