انضم إلى فريق مصنع Lenovo في الرياض، السعودية، كمهندس دعم تقني محلي لتطبيقات المصنع (IT Plant Local Support Engineer - Application). ستكون جزءًا من بيئة تصنيع نامية تدعم التحول من مرحلة الانطلاق إلى عمليات مستقرة (BAU)، وتساهم في ضمان موثوقية وأداء التطبيقات الحيوية للإنتاج.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم وصيانة وتحسين تطبيقات المؤسسة المستخدمة في التصنيع، ورشة الإنتاج، سلسلة التوريد، ووظائف المصنع التجارية.
  • تكوين وظائف التطبيقات بناءً على متطلبات الأعمال والفنية.
  • مراقبة أداء التطبيقات، التحقيق في الحوادث، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والعمل على حل الأسباب الجذرية.
  • المشاركة في نشر التطبيقات، الترقيات، أنشطة التصحيح، ومبادرات إدارة دورة الحياة.
  • المساهمة في مشاريع التحول التشغيلي، بما في ذلك تحليل المتطلبات، الاختبار، اعتماد أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، حلول المراقبة، والتنسيق المتعلق بالتطبيقات.
  • التعاون مع فرق البنية التحتية وقواعد البيانات والأمن لضمان توفر التطبيقات وموثوقيتها وأدائها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دعم تطبيقات المؤسسة في بيئة أعمال.
  • خبرة في عمليات التصنيع و/أو بيئات سلسلة التوريد الشاملة.
  • معرفة بقواعد البيانات العلائقية مثل PostgreSQL أو DB2 أو Oracle.
  • الإلمام بعمليات ITIL ومنهجيات العمل Agile.
  • خبرة في استخدام منصات إدارة خدمات التقنية مثل BMC Remedy أو Jira Service Management أو ServiceNow.
  • فهم أمن التطبيقات، إدارة الوصول، منصات المراقبة، وأدوات مراقبة أداء التطبيقات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

Join our manufacturing plant team in Riyadh as we transition from a startup environment into stable Business as Usual (BAU) operations. In this role, you will serve as a key on-site IT application support resource, helping ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical manufacturing and plant applications. You will work closely with local and global teams to support production operations, resolve application issues, and contribute to operational transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications used across manufacturing, shopfloor, supply chain, and plant business functions.
  • Configure application functionality based on business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor application performance, investigate incidents, perform troubleshooting, and drive root cause resolution.
  • Participate in application deployments, upgrades, patching activities, and lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational transformation projects, including requirements analysis, testing, AI tool adoption, monitoring solutions, and application-related project coordination.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide Level 2 support for production environments while maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a business environment.
  • Experience within manufacturing operations and/or end-to-end supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, DB2, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile ways of working.
  • Experience using IT service management platforms such as BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of application security, access management, monitoring platforms, and application performance monitoring tools.
