We’re Hiring | Civil Engineer

EMAR Saudi for Energy Works is looking for an experienced and results-driven Civil Engineer to join our team and support civil construction and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and approved schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.

• Oversee quantity surveying, material verification, and site inspections.

• Monitor project progress, identify technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and support project documentation and close-out activities.

Requirements:

• Saudi National.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5 years or more of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction materials, and structural engineering.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Good knowledge of quality control (QA/QC) and construction safety standards.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in daily work.

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in contracting or construction projects is preferred.
