تعلن شركة جميرا (Jumeirah)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة عالمياً في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لوظيفة معالج سبا (Therapist - SPA) في منتجع جميرا البحر الأحمر (Jumeirah The Red Sea) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم علاجات سبا احترافية للصحة والجسم والعافية وفقاً لبروتوكولات السبا المعتمدة ومعايير الشهادات المعترف بها.
- التوصية بالعلاجات والمنتجات المناسبة بناءً على احتياجات الضيف الفردية وتفضيلاته وتاريخه الصحي والحساسيات والمعلومات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- إجراء استشارات مع الضيوف قبل العلاجات لفهم متطلباتهم الفردية وضمان تجربة سبا شخصية وآمنة واستثنائية.
- التأكد من تجهيز غرف العلاج بشكل كامل ونظيف ومجهز جيداً وصيانتها وفقاً لمعايير السبا المقررة قبل استقبال الضيوف.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والصحة والسلامة في جميع أنحاء غرف العلاج ومناطق السبا وفقاً لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وتسلسل الخدمة واللوائح المحلية.
- تقديم جميع العلاجات بأعلى المعايير المهنية، مع ضمان اتباع التحضير المناسب والاستشارة وإجراءات العلاج والرعاية اللاحقة باستمرار، والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعلاجات والمنتجات المستخدمة لدعم الخدمة الشخصية وضمان توفر تفضيلات الضيوف للزيارات المستقبلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 2-3 سنوات كمعالج سبا، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة ضيافة فاخرة عالمية.
- خبرة في العمل على المستوى الدولي.
- فهم واضح للاختلافات الثقافية مع إظهار الثقة والاحترام للجميع.
- مؤهل معترف به في العلاج بالسبا أو العلاج بالتدليك أو مجال ذي صلة.

About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapist - Spa at Jumeirah The Red Sea.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide professional spa, health, body, and wellness treatments in accordance with established Spa protocols and recognised certification standards.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual guest needs, preferences, wellness history, allergies, and other relevant information.
- Conduct guest consultations prior to treatments to understand individual requirements and ensure a personalised, safe, and exceptional spa experience.
- Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared, clean, well-equipped, and maintained in accordance with established Spa standards before receiving guests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout treatment rooms and Spa areas in line with SOPs, sequence of service, and local regulations.
- Deliver all treatments to the highest professional standards, ensuring proper preparation, consultation, treatment procedures, and aftercare are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used to support personalised service and ensure guest preferences are available for future visits.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of work experience as a Spa Therapist preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
- Possess experience of working in an international capacity.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone .
- Hold a recognized qualification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
