تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عبر قطاع Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) عن توفر وظيفة Fabricator I (فني تركيب أنابيب) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تنظيم وتنفيذ أنشطة تجميع الأنابيب بشكل آمن وفعال وفقاً لمتطلبات الموقع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصنيع الأنابيب أو التخطيط المطلوب وفقاً لتعليمات العمل والرسومات والمواصفات الفنية والمراجع الفنية من المشرف.
  • ضبط ومحاذاة وتشغيل أدوات الورشة المتخصصة الثقيلة لقص ولولبة وتخديد جميع أنواع الأنابيب والوصلات.
  • تنظيم الموارد مثل المواد والمعدات اللازمة لأعمال تصنيع الأنابيب.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع المواصفات الخاصة بتصنيع الأنابيب مع معايير الجودة.
  • تنفيذ العمل في الموقع وكذلك في الميدان.
  • متابعة أعمال تصنيع الأنابيب الجارية.
  • تسجيل جميع التطورات المتعلقة بأعمال تصنيع الأنابيب وتقديم التقارير لمشرف فنيي تركيب الأنابيب.
  • المساعدة في التحقيق في الأعمال لتحليل فشل دائرة الأنابيب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال صيانة النفط والغاز مع شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال صيانة النفط والغاز مع شهادة دبلوم.
  • الحصول على شهادة سارية الصلاحية صادرة عن هيئة اعتماد خارجية معترف بها أو معهد سعودي معتمد، تثبت المؤهلات والكفاءة لأداء الأعمال.

KBR is looking for a Fabricator I to organize and execute the piping fabrication activities safely and effectively based

upon plant requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate required piping or layout following job instructions, drawings,material specification and technical references from supervisor.
  • Sets up, aligns, and operate heavy duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
  • Organize resources like material and equipment’s for pipe fabrication work
  • Ensure compliance of all specification for pipe fabrication with quality
  • Execute job at site as well as in field
  • Keep track of ongoing pipe fabrication job
  • Log all progress related to pipe fabrication job and report to pipefitter supervisor
  • Support in investigation job for failure analysis of piping circuit

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.
