في Ipsen، نحن ملتزمون بتحسين حياة المرضى من خلال الابتكار والتعاون. نبحث عن مدير علامة تجارية استراتيجي وريادي للأمراض النادرة (Brand Manager, Rare Disease) لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق التي تدفع نمو العلامة التجارية وتعزز تأثيرها على المرضى في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. الموقع: الرياض (نمط عمل هجين).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط السنوية للعلامة التجارية والخطط التشغيلية، بما في ذلك التنبؤ، وإعداد الميزانية، والتحليل التنافسي.
- قيادة إنشاء حملات متعددة القنوات مؤثرة، ومواد ترويجية، ومبادرات تفاعل رقمي تستهدف مقدمي الرعاية الصحية وأصحاب الرأي الرئيسيين.
- ترجمة رؤى السوق وبيانات الأداء إلى استراتيجيات قابلة للتنفيذ تسرّع نمو العلامة التجارية.
- دفع أنشطة التواصل العلمي، بما في ذلك البرامج التدريبية، والفصول الدراسية المتقدمة، والفعاليات التعليمية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والطب والشؤون التنظيمية والمالية لضمان تنفيذ منسق وفعّال.
- إدارة الاستثمارات التسويقية لتعظيم العائد مع ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة في التسويق الدوائي مع سجل حافل بتحقيق نتائج تجارية.
- خبرة قوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وإدارة العلامات التجارية، وتنفيذ الحملات متعددة القنوات.
- مهارات تحليلية ومالية متينة، بما في ذلك التنبؤ وإدارة الميزانية.
- درجة علمية أو طبية مطلوبة؛ مؤهل دراسات عليا في التسويق يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية متعددة الجنسيات وإطلاق المنتجات تُفضل.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager, Rare Disease to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance patient impact across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
- Lead the creation of impactful omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
- Drive scientific engagement activities, including training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to ensure aligned and effective execution.
- Manage marketing investments to maximize return while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a track record of delivering business results.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
- Scientific or medical degree required; postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Experience within multinational healthcare organizations and product launches is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
