Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, developing engaging posts and stories, monitoring online conversations, and responding to audience interactions. The specialist will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, coordinate with design and copy teams, and support broader digital marketing initiatives. Collaboration with account managers and creative staff to maintain consistent brand messaging and support client objectives is central to this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Candidates should possess solid Digital Marketing and Marketing skills.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign reporting, and KPI tracking is beneficial.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms and best practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior agency experience or work with diverse brands is a plus.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
