This is an opportunity to play a central leadership role in guiding complex office development initiatives within a high-profile and fast-evolving organization. As Executive Director - Office Development, you will help shape development plans that support broader business priorities, working across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive progress, alignment, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to end.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.
• Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 15+ years relevent experince leading large-scale real estate or office development projects, including experience with mixed-use commercial office assets.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
• Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage gate process.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with corporate HQ or campus developments.
• Experience with landlord/developer-side delivery or occupier-side workplace development.
• Experience within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC real estate development environment.
